Book review -Chicken Licken-

"The sky is falling!" cries Chicken Licken. Soon every animal in the farmyard is rushing to warm the king. Even sly old Foxy wants to help. Or does he...?

This story is in the Usborne First Reading series and retold by Russell Punter. One day, nuts hit Chicken Licken's head. But he thougt the sky is falling and became very nervous. he told this thought
every animal in the farmyard soon. Although some animals berieve his thougt, the claver Foxy thougt the sky couldn't fall. However, the nuts hit the Foxy's head too, and he thought the sky is falling! This scene is my favorite.

(p,43-44) After I read this book, I thought this is a story about brave, love, and mercy in the time of the France Revolution. I could read this book easily and enjoy reading. The reason is this story was made into a movie and I was watched it before. Jan Baljean was punished because of his stealing, but he changed his mind when he met a merciful minister. This story starts such scene. I was very moved by this book, so I want you to read this book too. If you feel dificult, you can watch the movie. I'

Today, I'm going to talk about what I did on this weekend. I went to sports festival of my high school. I couldn't watch it much time, because I should have gone to my part-time job. But I could meet my favorite teacher and my junior, I became very happy. The sports festival of our high school's traditional event is flying balloons. It't was very beautiful and interesting! HENRY　AND　MUDGE　and the Tall Tree House

Uncle Jack has built Henry a tree house. Henry loves tree houses, but his dog, Mudge, can't climb tree and enter the tree houses. So Jack was unhappy. He climb down from the tree, and kiss and hug Mudge again and again because he want to share the happiness with him. I became so happy, when I read this book.
